UK power is 220V, so you will need a transformer or new power supply.
Yes, you do have to provide a customs form with an evaluation of
whatever it is you're shipping. UK has a VAT of approx. 17%; don't
know whether it or customs duties apply. I don't know the details
of all this; I've always left the details to others. I would imagine
that most shipping agents will know something about this.
