M/IX is the only truely free one I'm aware of, but it's very lacking in
features.  There are several shareware X Servers for Windows.  They usually
have a time limit--some have a 30-minute time limit.  Some expire after 90
days.  Just depends.  Try looking on tucows, I think that's where I've found
some before.
