Squid does ht(s), ftp, gopher.  It does not to nttp.  If all you need is a
proxy server to allow access to the outside world thru a firewall, redir or
tproxyd should do what you need.

I don't know if NetMeeting will work thru redir/tproxyd or not, as it's
probably a hybrid UDP/TCP protocol, but you can probably get it to work that
way with a little fiddling.
