IIRC, there are two ways to go here.  1) use the above named files.  This
provides connectivity from inside WFW 3.11 only.  2) use the LANMAN drivers.
This provides connectivity from DOS without needing WFW running.

It's been nearly a year since I set up a DOS/WFW machine, but it will work.
At the time I last checked, both drivers were available *free* from
Microsoft.  If you don't find what you need, drop me a note and I'll check
my archives.
