There is VMWARE, but it's not really an emulator.. It actually runs a
full up version of the OS in question in a virtual machine on your linux
box.  You can run NT/95/98 in a virtual machine, as well as differant
versions of linux...

One problem though, vmware costs money, $99 for personal use and $399
for professional use if I remember right...
