my timezone and time are incorrect in netscape's email's
"Date" field. See above, I sent this about 2:10 PM CST, my guess is
that netscape read my system clock (set for UTC) and has subtracted
nothing....

my /etc/sysconfig/clock reads: "UTC=true"  (quotes are mine...)
my /etc/localtime is linked to the correct CST6DST, so the 
'/bin/date' give the correct time with 'CST' appended....

I think that there is another parameter that needs to be set... and
I can't find it.
