I am looking at the Sept. 21 '99 issue of 'PC Magazine' and on page 252 is a
great little cartoon....

But for the people that do not get this magazine I will try to outline it
here.....

The room has a wall of monitors......

The door is marked;
     ISP Monitoring Room
          _PRIVATE_


Two guys are in this room...

On the desk is a 'BIG RED BUTTON' marked......
     .... Disconnect .......


One of the guys is standing in the door way....

The other guy is moving is right hand.......

The caption reads:

" I'll be right there. Let me just take care of this user.
  He's about halfway through a 3-hour download."

Now I know the truth to why I keep getting disconnected!!
