Comment them ALL out, unless you need some. Do you ever rlogin to your
box? No? toss 'login' (and 'shell'). Do you ever telnet into your box?
No? toss 'telnet'. Ever ftp into your box? No? toss ftp.  Comment them
all out; leave uncommented the ones you want to use and will accept
that other people may use them too.
