I know I downloaded a Postscript users guide from the GNU site a couple
years back for gcc 2.7.2.  I printed it out and have since deleted the
file :(  I do have the file for libc 1.09 (which I think covers up to
libc 5), but not for C++.  If you can't find the libc file, I'd be happy
to pass it along.
