The CD's have arrived!  I have more versions of Linux than I know what to do with. Could it be that I'm at the threshold of being freed from M$?

Now for the newbie questions (when you grow weary of my questions just tell me to
shut up)

In brief, I'm attempting to install RH6.0 on a Digital GL 5133, 64 megs RAM, 1.5gig HD. no other OS.  I'm booting from a Win98 startup disk W/CD support.  I'm thinking of choosing "custom" install ......

any words of advice for someone who has been shackled to M$ for too long and no background in any other type of OS?

Thanks .........Darrell
