uh...still not working, I think it has a space before the -p
the direcoty list like..
drwxrwxr-x   2 vxieong  vxieong      1024 Mar 25 10:52  -p 
drwxr-xr-x   4 vxieong  vxieong      1024 Mar 25 11:07 .
drwxr-xr-x  55 vxieong  vxieong      4096 Mar 25 10:42 ..

please help
