i don't know.
they have a sign "do not open cpu's"
and they moved the pc's to where they could watch them.

i wanted to open one and say that i only opened the case not the cpu.
but i've learned to pick my battles carefully when dealing with anything "boing".
it always comes back.
 

you can get a number off the back of the case and email dell's costomer supprot and they will help you.
i emailed them a question about the 486-66 i got at surplus and got a response the same day.
