DOH!  my bad...  in all my moving around of files, somehow the permissions on
index.html were changed ...  try again...or, for a direct access (i moved my
page), goto http://dl.tabor.edu:81/~kaufmjes/

oh, and make sure you've got the port # in there...otherwise it won't work...
