Base: CVS 10 JUNE 2002 on 200 Mhz K6-2 w/ fast PCI graphic

Game: 86 cities about size 8

Action: changing cities from within city report, all cities

                          CVS clean  patch2    patch3     patch4

select all, Impr -> Unit: 30 sec.     8 sec.    2.5 sec.  2.5 sec.
change all, Impr -> Unit: 23 sec.    15 sec.    2.0 sec.  2.0 sec.
select all, change CMA:   62 sec.    35 sec.   35   sec.  6.5 sec.
