These are problems which were reported by several people and should be fixed
now (i hope):

 * The gtk+ client's warnings when using gtk+ 1.2.3 have been fixed.
 * The memory leaks when using the city dialogs have been fixed.

I advise everyone using the gtk+ client to download the new version off 
cvs.
