Thanks, Nate.  The right side and top are riveted to the back and front.  
The bottom is riveted to the front and back.

Het!  I got it.  You mentioned buttons and I went tried pushing harder on 
the big plastic piece on the back.  I had tried it before, but a bit of 
extra push and it moved.  Then the side slid back.
