And even more - it is possible to simulate a canal where the land is 2
squares across. (It enables Suez on the Earth map from distribution.)
This is an example of such situation (S - sea, L - land, C - city):

LCLL
LLCL
SSSS
Ships can move to the city in the neibourhood of a sea tile not only from
sea tiles, but also from another city.
