When a player is removed, the server renumbers all players and then
sends a player-removed packet to the client.  The client then makes it's
own updates: renumbering players and reducing game.info.nplayers.  The
server doesn't send out any new player or game-info packets.

Later when the game or player info is resent the "changed" information
will be sent unnecessarily.  The client already knows the new
information in its game structures but the client delta code doesn't
know this.

I *think* this is harmless.
