[Freeciv-Dev] IRC channel

Some of you may know that there is an IRC channel, #freeciv-dev on
irc.freenode.org, dedicated to development discussion (real-time
discussion is excellent for hashing out design ideas).  Over the past
year or so this channel has grown greatly.  These days it is very active
in development discussion.  Many of the list readers may not know about
it, however.

Naturally you are all welcome to join us.  This e-mail is just to make
sure everyone knows about it.
