I really like this idea, though I might do:

create "" Roman

to denote a randomly named player.

I would welcome a patch that does this. It would be nice though to do a
fuzzy match on the nation name though. This would require a bit of work
which would include loading the rulesets at runtime rather than at
game-start time.
