No one can touch this price.  If you change both your telephone service
and DSL to them then it is going to be a cheaper deal than anyone else can
give you.  However, couple of things to note:

1) In the DSL world $40 = $40, however this includes phone service and in
the phone world $40 != $40.  You will have at least $10 in universal
service fee and taxes added on to this.  So $40 is actually more like $50.

2) This is for a 384K down connection.  Most other things you are going to
compare this to are going to be up to 4 times faster than this.

3) This is a special promotion that will most likely end at some point.
I'd make sure you know exactly when and how and how long you stay at that
rate.  Their normal prices are $40 for the DSL and ~ $35 for the phone
service ($25 plus taxes).  You could easily end up a year from now paying
more than you are at Bell for 1/4 the bandwidth.

All I will say about that is you should 100% make sure you talk to someone
who actually has had their service a while before you jump off this
bridge.
